1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing CloudCoreVix (available at https://cloudcorevix.com) or integrating our SDKs and APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Services Description & SLA

CloudCoreVix provides autonomous AI agent runtime orchestration, multi-LLM dynamic routing, semantic caching, and infrastructure telemetry. We strive to maintain a 99.99% service availability SLA for Enterprise customers, supported by redundant multi-region cloud clusters.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to use CloudCoreVix APIs to:

• Generate malware, unauthorized automated exploits, or circumvent security systems.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or stress test upstream LLM providers without authorization.
• Violate intellectual property or infringe third-party privacy rights.

4. Intellectual Property & Customer Ownership

You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all customer datasets, prompts, embeddings, and application code submitted to the CloudCoreVix platform. CloudCoreVix claims no proprietary claim over your inference inputs or generated outputs.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule in accordance with the rates specified on our Pricing page. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through the customer console.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial law, CloudCoreVix shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from upstream LLM provider API failures or third-party outages.
